Earth, Sea & Sky: 5 Rhythms

Join us on this workshop in the Greek sunshine. We will celebrate life and the body through the 5Rhythms dance & community living.

Earth, Sea & Sky is a week of dance and exploration; an invitation to discover who we are when we are willing to turn up and participate in life and with each other.  When we take time out for ourselves we are able to tune in to our energy and the deeper rhythms of whom we are. When we come together to share in community, we see ourselves in the reflections of others and find our place. When we open to the magnificence of nature in its vast array of sky, sun and ocean, we know we are all deeply connected.

During the week there will be time to dance, share, eat together, go to the beach, swim, explore, participate in community and take time alone. This will be a nurturing and transformative week, more than just a workshop, more than just a holiday. Based in the wild woods of Anilio, at the well-established community setting of Kalikalos Holistic Network, we are close to the woodlands and beautiful beaches on the mountainous Greek Pelion peninsular.

We start each day with warming and waking the body, then dancing together. We will give attention to our bodies and honour our emotions through movement, breath and 5Rhythms dance, connecting to our selves and with other participants. Afternoons are for exploring or resting. We will invite the Greek sun to open our hearts as we bask on the beautiful beaches, chill in the shade of the gorgeous community gardens or explore the enchanting local villages and cafes.  As the afternoon draws to a close, we are invited to participate in community life, assisting in a variety of activities such as helping prepare food or harvesting in the gardens. In the evenings the community draws back together to share a delicious vegetarian meal and highlights from the day.

There are a range of options for accommodation within the community facilities, including shared rooms and camping.

Price of €495 includes the workshop sessions, all meals and accommodation for the whole week.
